Alla Khabinskaya

Alla Khabinskaya is currently working as a Counsel at OUTFRONT Media since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2015 to April 2021 as an Associate, where they represented issuers and underwriters on various equity and debt offerings, drafted transactional documents, and provided advice on corporate and securities law matters. Before that, they were a Contracts Administrator at Silverstein Properties, Inc. from September 2013 to May 2015, where they researched legal issues, conducted due diligence, and drafted contracts and confidentiality agreements. Alla also worked as a Legal Intern at Brooklyn Law School Legal Services Corp. from August 2013 to February 2014, representing clients in bankruptcy claims. Prior to that, they were a Student Legal Specialist/Contracting Officer at the NYC Law Department from December 2012 to September 2013, where they drafted contracts and managed all aspects of contract management. Earlier in their career, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Service Manager from November 2009 to November 2012 and as a Financial Center Manager from May 2006 to November 2009, overseeing audit reviews, ensuring compliance, and leading a sales and service team. Alla also worked at Wachovia Bank as a Financial Specialist from June 2005 to May 2006, where they acquired deposits and loans and provided customer service. In addition, they interned for the Human Resources Department at DnB NOR Bank from December 2004 to May 2005, handling financial tasks and managing logistics. Alla started their career as an Assistant Manager at Digital Fashion, Inc from February 2002 to November 2004, preparing commission reports, recommending procedural changes, and organizing meetings.

Alla Khabinskaya completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management at Pace University from 2001 to 2005. Alla then pursued their legal education at New York Law School from 2011 to 2012, specializing in Law. Subsequently, they attended Brooklyn Law School from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree along with a Certificate in Business Law.
