Joe Capparilli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2008, they worked as an Office Assistant at Hammerheads Beach Camp until 2011. In 2012, they became a Recreation Leader at The City of Manhattan Beach, followed by a brief role as a Youth Sports Leader at the YMCA of San Diego County in 2013.

In 2014, Joe joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car where they held several positions. Joe started as a Manager, working closely with the Branch Manager in sales, operations, and management. Joe then transitioned to the role of Remarketing Inventory Coordinator, responsible for managing a staff and coordinating vehicle inventory. Finally, Joe served as a Remarketing Logistics Coordinator, using data and inventory software to coordinate logistics and operations for vehicle inventory across southern California.

In 2021, Joe joined OUTFRONT Media as a National Account Coordinator, where they aided in the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns for national clients. Joe maintained partnerships with buyers and national accounts, provided top-notch customer service, and managed the billing process.

Currently, Joe is serving as the HOA President for the LA Contessa Condominium Association, Inc., starting in February 2022.

During their time at San Diego State University as a student from 2010 to 2014, Joe was actively involved in various organizations, such as Phi Kappa Theta and the Recreation and Wellness Commission.
