Lauren Warmbrand has a range of experience in the field of human resources. Lauren started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Public Health Solutions in 2015. From there, they gained further experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory from May 2016 to April 2018. Lauren then took on a role as a Human Resources Associate at the same company from April 2018 to September 2019. Following this, they joined KIND as a Human Resources Specialist from October 2019 to June 2021. At KIND, they also held the position of Compensation and 401k Analyst from June 2021 to August 2021. Currently, they work at OUTFRONT Media, where they started as a Compensation Analyst in August 2021 and was promoted to Senior Compensation Analyst in April 2023.
