Len Cusumano

Len Cusumano has extensive work experience in the field of compensation. Since 2017, they have been working at OUTFRONT Media, starting as a Director of Compensation and progressing to Senior Director and then Vice President of Compensation. Prior to joining OUTFRONT Media, Len worked at Pitney Bowes Inc. from 2006 onwards. At Pitney Bowes, they held various roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Executive Compensation, Senior Compensation Analyst, Senior Treasury Analyst, and Financial Specialist. In their role as Senior Treasury Analyst, Len led annual projects for benefit plan financial statements and audits, as well as managed a multilateral FX netting program.

Len Cusumano has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Iona University. Len also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the same university. Prior to attending Iona University, Len attended Archbishop Stepinac High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
