Serban Tiganila

Serban Tiganila, CISSP, has a diverse work experience in the field of networking and security. Serban started their career as a Network Engineer at Skanska USA Building Inc. in 1999 and worked their way up to the position of Senior Network Engineer. In 2004, they joined StructureTone as a Sr. Network Engineer before establishing their own company, Serati Consulting LLC, where they worked as an Independent Consultant for Accenture/AT&T. In 2006, they joined S&P Global as an Enterprise Network Engineer and later joined Insight as a Network Architect in 2013. Currently, Serban Tiganila is working as the Director of Networking and Security at OUTFRONT Media, a position they have held since 2014.

Serban Tiganila, CISSP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Prior to attending university, Serban completed their high school education from 1984 to 1988, and their primary education at Scoala Generala 70 from 1976 to 1984. In addition to their academic qualifications, Serban has also obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in March 2019.
