Wendy Berman

Wendy Berman has a solid work experience in the field of human resources and recruiting. Wendy first began their career at Starbucks Coffee Company in 2002 as a Regional Recruiter. After that, they worked at Community Connect as a Recruiter from 2004 to 2006.

In 2006, Wendy joined Rakuten Marketing where they held multiple roles. Wendy started as a Talent Recruiting Partner, responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across different regions. During their time there, they grew the recruitment function as the company expanded from 150 employees to over 300.

Later, Wendy became the Director of Human Resources at Rakuten Marketing, managing the HR and Recruitment team as the company experienced further growth, increasing its workforce from 300+ employees to over 600 globally. Wendy developed and implemented effective HR and Recruitment processes to support the fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

Most recently, Wendy Berman joined OUTFRONT Media in 2018 as the Senior Director of Recruiting. OUTFRONT Media is a leading media company that connects brands with consumers through various advertising platforms. Wendy is responsible for overseeing the recruitment efforts and implementing digital technology to enhance advertisers' engagement with people on-the-go.
