Carrie Brown is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Recruiting at X-energy since March 2021, Carrie has supported program managers and business leaders in building high-performing teams for clean and adaptable nuclear power. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Acquisitions at SEAM Group, where expertise in SaaS and industrial engineering consulting facilitated strategic hiring, and similar positions at Data Acuity Solutions LLC and Hendrix Precision Maintenance Training, focusing on IT, engineering professionals, and comprehensive talent lifecycle management.
