David O’Connor

David O’Connor is the Senior Vice President of Global Security & Facilities at Bain Capital. David has over 20 years of experience in corporate security, real estate, and facilities management. David has a proven track record of developing and implementing security programs that protect employees, assets, and corporate reputations.

In their current role, David oversees a team of security professionals responsible for protecting 100,000+ employees in 700+ locations across five continents. David has also developed and opened a Global Security Operations Center that serves as the central hub for intelligence and analytics on security risks and threats. In addition, they are responsible for establishing the framework, planning, and culture of security awareness and prevention at Bain Capital.

David has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
