Anika Franke

Anika Franke has extensive experience in personnel development and education, currently serving as the Head of Personnel Development at Outlaw gGmbH since September 2021, supporting children and youth welfare initiatives. Since August 2018, Anika has also been involved as a lecturer at HSPV – Hochschule für Polizei und Verwaltung, focusing on social competencies training. Previous roles include strategic personnel development at DRV Westfalen from March 2017 to September 2021, where Anika managed high potential development programs and guided organizational reforms. Anika's earlier career included significant positions at ROTTENDORF PHARMA, where Anika led Lean and Six Sigma projects as Operational Excellence Expert, and managed supplier quality assurance. Initial experience in purchasing and logistics was gained at NaturataSpielberger AG and BASF Coatings, where Anika refined procurement and training strategies. Anika holds a Diplom in Business Administration with a focus on international personnel and educational management from FH Münster and has further education from the University of Münster.
