Matt Rowe

Matt Rowe has a long and varied work history, beginning with their role as a Structural Engineer at Weidlinger Associates in 1997. Matt then moved on to become a Software Developer at Point Systems in 2000. In 2004, they took on a Web Developer role at Care2. After that, they were an Engineering Development Manager at Slide, Inc. in 2005. In 2008, they were the Co-Founder and Lead Technologist at BookFresh / FreshGuide, and then an Engineering Manager at Sugar Publishing in 2010. In 2011, they became the Founder and CTO of Pickwick & Weller. In 2014, they took on the role of CTO at Reviewsnap | Web-based Performance Management. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of Engineering at Mango Health, and in 2022 they assumed the role of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Pathpoint. Throughout their career, Matt has been responsible for driving and improving the execution of development teams, delivering on OKRs, hiring and grooming talent, and improving technologies and processes. Matt has also contributed to various code bases.

Matt Rowe attended Conestoga High School from 1989 to 1990. Matt then attended Lehigh University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering.
