Site Management Team

The Site Management Team at Outlook Project Management oversees all on-site activities during construction projects. Comprised of multiple Site Superintendents, this team ensures that residential and commercial renovations, additions, and improvements are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety, while maintaining schedules and budgets. They serve as the direct point of contact for clients, coordinating subcontractors and supplies, and resolving any issues that arise to deliver an exceptional construction experience.
