Riley Reddinger

Riley Reddinger currently serves as the She/They League Manager at OutLoud Sports, where the focus is on cultivating an inclusive sports community that emphasizes diversity and belonging. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, where efforts were concentrated on attracting top talent to support scientific research. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Retail Sales Manager at Sur La Table and a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy. Riley Reddinger holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, earned in May 2014.
