Corinna Hoeft

Corinna Hoeft currently serves as a Coach, Advisor, and Mediator at Shell & Soul since December 2024 and as a volunteer examiner for industrial clerks at IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein from January 2024. Since December 2022, Corinna has been leading the training center focused on skilled workforce development and personnel management at Outokumpu. From July 2015 to November 2022, Corinna held various roles including Assistant to the Manager and Order Manager at Salzgitter Mannesmann International GmbH. Corinna's educational background includes pursuing a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, with an expected completion date in February 2026, along with certifications in Wirtschaftsmediation and Personal/Business Coaching from IHK Braunschweig. Corinna holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from FOM University and completed an Ausbildung in Bürokommunikation at IHK Düsseldorf.
