Tia Haverila

Tia Haverila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and logistics, currently serving as Global Business Process Manager at Outokumpu since August 2017. Prior to this role, Tia held positions at Fiskars as Global Process Owner for Source to Pay & Plan to Manufacturing, where responsibilities included end-to-end process ownership and collaboration with IT for process development. Tia also served as Global Process Owner for Distribution and Warehousing at Fiskars, contributing to the company's transformation program. Earlier career roles included Project Manager at Iittala Group, Development Manager, and Project Manager at Nokia, where key contributions involved project management and process development in various logistics areas.
