Emma Turner MCIPD has had a successful career in the video game industry, with a focus on HR and management roles. Emma started their career at Visual Science - Games Studio as an HR and Office Administrator from 2003 to 2006. Emma then moved on to Cohort Studios Ltd, where they worked as an HR Manager from 2006 to 2011. During their time at Cohort Studios, they played a key role in developing the HR function and achieving Investors in People recognition for the company. Since 2011, Emma has been working at Outplay Entertainment Ltd as the Head of HR. Outplay Entertainment is the largest independent mobile developer in the UK, known for its critically acclaimed and award-winning games. Emma is a dedicated professional with a passion for the video game industry and a strong focus on strategic HR management.

Emma Turner MCIPD graduated with a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in 2009.
