Gabriela Gracia, known to the team as Gaby, is the Global Head of People & Talent at OutPLEX. She leads the talent acquisition team with more than a decade of experience in full cycle recruitment. She has a strong focus on employee development and retention as well as championing thei culture (the backbone of OutPLEX). She has an incredible ability to understand business needs and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Through the years Gaby has developed a keen eye for excellence and has a proven track record of successfully identifying and placing top talent.
