Rory Chaney is approaching two decades of call center experience supporting global clients with a focus on chat engagements both in sales and customer service in a variety of industries. She has been with OutPLEX since close to inception, has grown within the organization, and currently serves as Director of Quality & Training. Some of her primary responsibilities include designing and overseeing training programs, evaluating the effectiveness of each program based on information retention and effectiveness, and assessing ongoing training and development needs of employees. She loves the work she does and genuinely appreciates her peers the talents of each one.
