Marta Gomez has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and client management. Marta has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as a Client Manager at Better Business International Co in 2012.

In 2014, they joined Computershare UK as a Senior Client Manager, where they achieved 100% client retention and managed projects for a client portfolio with an annual revenue of over $3.5 million. Marta also enhanced the company's brand visibility and reputation in the Spanish market.

From 2017 to 2018, Marta worked at Qubit as a Lead Customer Success Manager for Southern Europe and later as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. During this time, they demonstrated their ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive customer satisfaction.

In 2018, Marta took on the role of Consultant, providing sales and customer success strategies for several enterprises before joining Scalefast as the Head of Client Success Managers for Ecommerce. In this position, they guided clients and coached teams on global strategies, contributing to outstanding revenue growth.

Marta then joined CARTO in 2020 as the Global Director of Customer Success. In this role, they reported to the CEO and was responsible for managing a global team of Customer Success Managers and Account Managers. Marta played a key role in implementing new metrics, establishing account governance, and developing tools and processes for team growth and success.

In 2022, Marta worked as an Interim Consultant- VP Customer Success at RAD AI before joining Outpost24 in 2023 as the VP of Customer Success.

Throughout their career, Marta has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster growth and efficient processes through cross-functional collaborations.

Marta Gomez has a diverse education history. In 2001, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they studied for five years. In 2009, Marta attended EAE Business School and obtained an Executive Master's degree in HR Management, which they completed in 2010. In the same year, they also pursued a program in Coaching Connections from EuRA and Oxford Brookes University (OBU). Marta further enhanced their skills in 2009 by earning a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certificate from Worldwide ERC. In 2016, they completed the CEP Level 2 program at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. Marta pursued a short course in Digital Marketing at IAB in 2017 and acquired additional certifications in leadership and management from LinkedIn, including Coaching and Developing Employees, Developing Executive Presence, Thinking Like a Leader, and Transitioning from Individual Contributor to Manager, all obtained in 2017. In 2018, they further enhanced their sales skills by attending the Sales Academy at the Kayros Institute.
