Rodrigo Waissman completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Rodrigo pursued further education by enrolling in the Coppead during 2003, where they obtained an MBA in Executive Management.
