Meghan Ahern

Meghan Ahern, MS CCC-SLP, is a highly experienced speech-language pathologist currently serving in multiple roles including Director of Speech-Language Pathology and Director of Clinical Education at Outreach Physical & Occupational Therapy and Speech Rehabilitation since February 2016. Ahern has also held the position of Adjunct Professor and Clinical Supervisor at Long Island University from January 2018 to May 2022, teaching advanced courses in Dysphagia and Clinical Practicum. Previous experience includes working as a per diem Speech-Language Pathologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, as well as various roles in other healthcare and educational settings. Ahern earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, Biopsychology & Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Hunter College.
