Technical Support Engineer, Plus at Outreach

Austin Fowler has a diverse work experience in the technology and customer support fields. Austin started their career at Flexasoft as a Software Test Analyst, where they worked in teams to find bugs and analyze data. Austin then joined Creative Coding as an Instructor, teaching programming to young students. After that, they worked at Starbucks as a Barista and later as an Information Technology Analyst, providing hardware and software support to employees. At Smartsheet, Austin held various roles including Customer Support Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, Pro Desk Specialist, and Senior Pro Desk Specialist. In these roles, they provided software support, resolved technical issues, and collaborated with teams to improve customer experience. Austin currently works at Outreach as a Technical Support Engineer, Plus.

Austin Fowler attended Green River College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Austin then enrolled at Arizona State University in 2019 and graduated in 2022, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. In 2022, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering at Western Governors University, which will be completed in 2023. Additionally, in September 2020, Austin obtained a certification as a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet.
