Huy Nguyen

Huy Nguyen has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Most recently, they worked at Outreach as a Technical Support Engineer, Plus, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, Huy worked at Gap for an impressive 21 years, holding the position of Assistant Manager. In this role, they were responsible for opening multiple stores in various states and achieved strong business results through effective leadership and merchandising skills. Before joining Gap, Huy worked at Covestic, where they served as a Microsoft Commerce Incident Manager from June 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they maintained working relationships with partner groups, ensured service levels and quality were maintained, and followed troubleshooting procedures.

Huy Nguyen obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certificate from the University of Washington in 2019. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from the same institution. In addition, Huy obtained a Certified Administrator certification from Outreach in January 2023.
