Jan Palous

Jan Palous has a solid work experience in the fields of product management and community management. Jan'smost recent position is as a Senior Product Manager at Outreach, where they oversee the core Emails area of the sales execution platform. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Fitify. Before that, Jan served as the Chief Product Officer at Spaceti, where they managed a portfolio of prop-tech B2B products and projects. In this role, they established an agile development framework, delivered a touch-less smart building solution, and implemented code refactoring and UI/UX redesigns. Jan also enabled organizations to convert into a hybrid workplace by delivering new features. Jan started their career at Geewa, where they held multiple positions, including Game Producer and Director of Community Management. Jan successfully managed the development and operation of multiplayer mobile games, achieving high KPIs and global app store features. Additionally, they built the company's community management department and managed a team of volunteers while establishing relationships with community members.
