Jessica Rosebaugh

Jessica Rosebaugh has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jessica began their career as an Office Coordinator & Photographer at Osprey Rafting Co in 2014, where they handled check-ins, reservations, problem-solving, and customer service. From 2016 to 2019, Jessica worked as an Analyst at Northwest Plan Services, Inc., where they gained skills in analysis and project management. Jessica also worked as a Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia in 2016. Jessica further developed their customer service and organizational skills as an Operations Agent at San Juan Airlines in 2016, where they coordinated between guests and pilots and handled paperwork and logistics. In 2014, they worked as a Barista at The Green Bean Coffee Shop, where they provided excellent customer service and trained new employees. Most recently, Jessica has been working at Outreach as a Finance Projects and Billing Operations Analyst since March 2020, and they were promoted to Senior Billing Operations Analyst in November 2022.
