Justin Reese has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin started their career as a Student Marketing Intern at Riverside Health System's Lifelong Health and Aging Related Services Division in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Jr. Account Executive Intern at Fuel Public Relations, where they assisted with account management for clients such as the U.K. Division of Sealy, Inc.

In 2010, Justin joined Cvent as a Sales Executive for the Cvent Supplier Network and stayed with the company until 2013. At Cvent, they were responsible for driving sales and maintaining relationships with clients.

From 2013 to 2014, Justin worked as a District Manager (Field Sales) at ADP, where they exceeded their annual quota and provided small businesses with scalable technology and expert support to help them achieve growth and profitability.

In 2014, Justin joined Bloomberg BNA as an Enterprise/Mid-Market Sales Executive in the Software Segment, and they stayed with the company until 2016.

Following their role at Bloomberg BNA, Justin joined Snagajob as a Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive in 2016 and stayed with the company until 2017.

In 2017, Justin joined Outreach.io as a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive and continued working there until the present. During their time at Outreach.io, they consistently exceeded their annual quotas, closed the largest new logo deal in the company's history, and received recognition as the #1 Sales Rep in the East Region.

In 2020, Justin started working as a Sales Coach at Replayz, where they help inside sales Account Executives improve their discovery and demo skills. Replayz offers on-demand sales tune-ups for inside sales teams.

Justin Reese has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Psychology from Radford University. Justin also attended the University of London but did not complete a degree there. Additionally, Justin has several certifications including Business Acumen Certification from Corporate Visions Inc., Command of the Message from Force Management, and Eagle Scout from Boy Scouts of America. Justin also holds certifications in Fortune 300 Sales Training, Challenger Sales Training, M.E.D.D.P.I.C Certified from Force Management, S.P.I.N Selling Strategies from SPIN Selling by Neil Packham, and Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies & Skills from the University of Michigan.
