Kristin Lamontagne has a diverse background with experience in various roles and industries. Kristin began their career as a Marketing Intern at the Seattle Mariners, where they gained valuable skills in event scheduling and organization. Kristin then interned as a Territory Sales Manager at Altria, where they developed a strong understanding of sales strategies.

Taking a different path, Kristin worked as a Recruiting and Sales Intern at NuWest Group Holdings, LLC, where they focused on candidate sourcing, client engagement, and business development in the medical field. This experience honed their skills in sales, recruiting, and marketing.

Kristin then transitioned to the insurance industry, starting as an Associate Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Kristin completed the Safeco Development Program, which provided comprehensive training in underwriting, analytics, and sales. As an Associate Analyst, they supported Utah's production goals by analyzing agency performance and developing partnerships to improve new business performance. Kristin later took on roles as a Business Analyst and an Analyst in Project Management, where they were responsible for strategic initiatives and new agency appointment goals.

Continuing their insurance career, Kristin joined Foremost Insurance Group as a Field Territory Manager, where they managed field operations and territory management.

Currently, Kristin is a Partner Success Manager at Outreach, a role they started in 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Professional Services Consultant, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Express Start onboarding program and implementing process improvements.

Overall, Kristin has demonstrated strong skills in sales, project management, strategic planning, and client success. Their diverse experiences across industries have equipped their with a versatile skill set and a track record of success.

Kristin Lamontagne obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Sales from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in March 2022, Certified Administrator from Outreach in September 2021, Associate in Personal Insurance and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter from The Institutes in June 2018, and completed the Sales Certificate Program at the University of Washington in June 2015.
