Raluca Grouès

Raluca Grouès has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently, they are working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Outreach, where they are responsible for filling vacancies in Prague and facilitating the relocation of international candidates. Prior to this, Raluca worked as a Technical Recruiter at Pure Storage, focusing on engineering and IT roles.

Raluca also gained valuable experience at Microsoft, where they served as a Recruiter for Europe, specifically in the areas of software development, engineering, and program management. During their time at Microsoft, they were involved in diversity recruitment projects and participated in hiring events and conferences.

Raluca Grouès began their education journey at the West University of Timisoara, where they studied Journalism-English from 1998 to 2003. Alongside their formal education, Raluca also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. In 2018, they became a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter.
