Richard Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard started their career in 2012 as a Sales Manager at T & A Showroom, where they handled menswear brands. In 2013, they worked as a Residential Broker in the Luxury Group at Windermere Real Estate. In 2015, they joined DocuSign as a Sales Development Representative and later transitioned to the role of ISV Partner Sales. In 2018, they became an Enterprise Sales Representative at Icertis. Richard then joined Smartsheet in 2019, initially working as an International Expansion Sales representative in the Asia Pacific region, before moving to the role of Expansion Sales representative in the Energy & Commodities sector. In 2021, they joined Carta as part of the International Expansion Sales team, focusing on Canada GTM. Currently, Richard is working at Outreach as a Sr. Account Executive, with a focus on growth.

Richard Kaiser holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Strategic Communications from Seattle University. In addition to their university education, they have obtained certifications in Outreach Closing Specialist from Outreach in April 2023 and Sandler Sales Training from Sandler Training / Full Sales Training & Development LLC in June 2016.
