Frankie Oviedo

Frankie Oviedo is an experienced creative leader currently serving as Partner, Executive Vice President, and Executive Creative Director at Outrider, a content agency, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Frankie was a Partner and Executive Creative Director at Faction from May 2015 to February 2023, overseeing all creative aspects of the studio. Additionally, Frankie served as Owner and Director at Liquid 9 from April 2008 to February 2023, focusing on commercial direction with a specialization in tabletop and documentary style content, earning multiple prestigious awards including Cannes Lions. Frankie began the career as an Art Director at Bernstein-Rein Advertising from June 2004 to April 2008. Frankie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the Kansas City Art Institute, completed in 2004, and attended Wayne State College from 1999 to 2001.
