Senior Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer at Outrider

Annie Didier has worked in a variety of roles in the field of computer vision and machine learning since 2011. Annie began their career as a mathematics and physics teacher for Teach for America at Cedar Grove High School. In 2013, they became a graduate researcher in Applied Mathematics at Arizona State University's Center for Adaptive Neural Systems. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a data science intern and then a data scientist II at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where they were the technical lead for several projects, such as CafePop(ulation), DARPA Learning with Less Labels, MAARS, Operator Alarm Management and Sensor Fault Detection, and Mission Formulation Analytics. In 2022, they began their current role as a Senior Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer at Outrider.

Annie Didier completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Cum Laude in Mathematics from Whitworth University between 2007 and 2011. Annie then went on to obtain their Master's of Applied Math in Applied Mathematics from Arizona State University from 2013 to 2015. Lastly, they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Analytics from Northwestern University in 2017.
