Kayla Holcomb

Kayla Holcomb has worked in the engineering and project management field since 2009. Kayla began their career at Gannett Fleming as an Intern in Transportation Engineering in 2009. In 2011, they interned at MWH Global in Construction Management. Kayla returned to Gannett Fleming in 2012 as a Transportation Operations Specialist, where they planned and designed Intelligent Transportation Systems to improve safety and mobility. Kayla also served as a Highway Designer. In 2019, Kayla joined Outrider as an Associate Project Manager and worked their way up to Senior Project Manager. Kayla also served as a Customer Operations Specialist.

Kayla Holcomb attended Academy of the Holy Names from 2004 to 2008, where they graduated with a high school degree. Kayla then attended Villanova University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil and Environmental Engineering, as well as a Business Minor. In May 2012, they obtained their Engineer in Training (EIT) certification from NCEES and the Pennsylvania Department of State.
