Agathi Yap is a seasoned professional in the hospitality technology sector, currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at Outrigger Hospitality Group since April 2022. Prior experience includes an Associate Product Manager role at Book4Time Inc., where Agathi led a significant migration of payment systems from a legacy platform to Patrix. Agathi’s extensive tenure at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts spanned two decades, progressing from Reservations Sales Agent to Manager of Hotel Information Systems, with a focus on Opera Property Management Software and IT onboarding for new hotel locations.
