Stephanie Hsu has a diverse work experience in customer relationship management and marketing communications. Stephanie began their career in 2009 as an Admissions Counselor at Chaminade University of Honolulu and later became the Director of Marketing Communications, serving in that role from 2011 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Outrigger Hospitality Group as a CRM & Email Marketing Manager, and subsequently progressed to Senior CRM & Email Marketing Manager in 2019. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Director of Customer Relationship Management at Outrigger Hospitality Group, starting in September 2021.

Stephanie Hsu earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completing their studies from 2003 to 2008.
