Brett Robinson

Brett Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brett currently holds the position of Vice President, Service & Support at Outset Medical, Inc., a role they assumed in March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director, Service & Support at the same company from April 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Outset Medical, Brett worked at Intuitive, a company they joined in 2011. During their tenure there, they held several leadership positions, including Sr. Director, Service Enablement from August 2018 to April 2021, Director, Product Services & Technical Training from July 2015 to August 2018, Sr. Manager Product Services from October 2013 to June 2015, and Manager, Product Support from May 2011 to September 2013.

Prior to working at Intuitive, Brett gained experience at Parata Systems. Brett served as the Manager, Product Support from May 2010 to April 2011 and Manager, Technical Support from March 2007 to May 2010. Before their roles in management positions, they worked as a Level 3 Team Lead from October 2006 to March 2007, a Senior Field Service Engineer from July 2006 to October 2006, and a Field Service Engineer from November 2004 to July 2006.

Brett's career began at n&k Technology, where they worked as a Field Service Engineer from September 2000 to November 2004.

Brett Robinson attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2019 to 2020, where they completed the Stanford Lead Program - Corporate Innovation. Prior to this, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Santa Clara University from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
