Jennifer Ralston

Jennifer Ralston has worked in various contract management roles throughout their career. Jennifer began their career at Borland Software Corporation in 1997 as a Contracts Manager and later became a Sr. Contracts Manager at Borland from 1998 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Contracts Manager at Blue Coat Systems. Jennifer then joined Callidus Software Inc. as a Sr. Contracts Negotiator, where they were responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Jennifer worked at Callidus Software Inc. from 2006 to 2013. After that, Jennifer worked at Oracle as a Director of Cloud Deal Management from 2013 to 2014. Jennifer then served as a Contracts Manager at Plantronics from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Senior Contracts Manager at Citrix from 2018 to 2019 and at Sumo Logic from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Jennifer is employed at Outset Medical, Inc., where they hold the position of Director of Legal Affairs & Contracts, a role they took on in February 2022.

Jennifer Ralston obtained a J.D. degree in Law from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a BSBA degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. In 2022, they obtained a certification in "Having an Honest Career Conversation with Your Boss" from LinkedIn.
