Sarah Hollihan

Sarah Hollihan has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on contracts and international business. Sarah is currently working as the Director of Legal Affairs and Contracts at Outset Medical, Inc. Since 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Omnicell between 2016 and 2023, including Director of International Contracts, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Counsel. Their responsibilities included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business and vendor agreements. Sarah also provided legal support and advice to the global automation and medication adherence business. Before their time at Omnicell, Sarah worked at Aesynt Incorporated, an Omnicell company, where they provided legal advice and counsel, drafted and negotiated customer contracts, and assisted in developing negotiation strategies.

Sarah Hollihan completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Florida from 2001 to 2005. Sarah then went on to obtain their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law, attending from 2007 to 2010.
