Eddie Litton

Eddie Litton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, contracts, labor and employment law, immigration, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serves as a Business Partner at Outside GC since April 2021 and has been the General Counsel for Extrusion Group, LLC since November 2013. Previously, Eddie Litton was a Partner at W. Edwin Litton, LLC from April 2011 to November 2013. Eddie Litton earned a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, where studies were completed between 1988 and 1990. Additionally, Eddie Litton holds an education from the University of South Florida.
