Alice Schrader

Alice Schrader is currently serving as Associate Vice President at LanceSoft, Inc., responsible for leading strategic full life cycle recruiting and talent management services globally. In addition, Alice holds AVP positions at both Tadah Today and Encode, Inc., and works as a Travel Agent with Outside Agents. Previous roles include VP, Client Director Service Delivery at Hays, and Director of Client Services at LanceSoft, where Alice developed strong client relationships and managed service delivery. With extensive experience in recruitment, account management, and client engagement across various organizations, Alice has consistently focused on business development, team management, and fostering diversity and inclusion initiatives. Alice holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Business/Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas and has further education in Business Management from Central Texas College.
