Mary-Frances has also worked as an author and a test kitchen director, showcasing their skills in logistics, operations, and recipe writing. Mary-Frances holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
