Tim Casey

Tim Casey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and management. Currently serving as an author for Outskirts Press, Inc. since August 2020, Tim Casey authored "The Mayor Married Who?" and holds the position of Senior Advisor at the International City/County Management Association and League of California Cities since March 2013. Tim's prior roles include serving as a Board Member and Past President for the First Tee of Orange County from April 2012 to May 2018, as well as a long tenure as City Manager for the City of Laguna Niguel from August 1990 to February 2013. Additionally, Tim Casey served as City Manager for the City of Redondo Beach from May 1981 to July 1990. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Public Administration from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Southern California.
