Rolando III Arcenal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Corporate Secretary, Member of the Board of Directors, Head of Sales, and Director of Service Delivery at Outsource Access since August 2019, Rolando has also co-founded initiatives such as The Bamboo PH and Moussee Gaming + Cafe, focusing on sustainability and gaming culture, respectively.
