Michael Ruter

Michael Ruter began their career in 2002 as the Managing Director of Spherion. In 2009, they joined Outsource Solutions Group as their CEO. In this role, they were known as the "Excuse Terminator" and aimed to achieve predictable profitable growth through superior customer service, quality of work, and commitment to excellence.

Michael Ruter received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1992, having started their studies in 1989.
