Stephen Lynch is an accomplished recruitment professional currently serving as Head of Delivery and Principal Delivery Consultant at Outsource UK since July 2019. With a strong background at RZ Group, where Stephen held roles as Account Manager and Headhunter from January 2013 to June 2019, Stephen contributed to the company's rapid growth and success as one of the UK's largest private recruitment agencies. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Edge Hill University, completed in 2012, and has a foundational education from Runshaw College and Holy Cross RC High School.
