Jade Wangensteen

Jade Wangensteen has a diverse work experience starting with their role as an HR & Administrative Specialist at OUTSOURCE CONSULTANTS, LLC in 2017. Jade then progressed to the position of HR Manager & Partner Liaison in 2018 and later became the Director of HR & Partner Relations in 2019. In 2020, Jade took on the role of Sr. Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Vice President Strategy in 2023. Prior to their time at OUTSOURCE CONSULTANTS, Jade worked as a Talent Manager at Pro Staff from 2014 to 2017, where they were responsible for recruitment and generated a significant portion of the company's gross margin. Jade also gained sales experience as a Sales Supervisor at kate spade from 2013 to 2014, where they consistently exceeded store sales goals and personally contributed to 20% of monthly sales.

Jade Wangensteen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion and Retail Management from the Art Institutes International of Minnesota from 2010 to 2013.
