David Colistra

David Colistra has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. David most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Outstanding Foods, Inc. In their previous role as the VP of Finance at Cybereason, they were responsible for financial operations. David has also held leadership positions at Geller & Company, where they oversaw corporate financial planning and analysis, and at Medidata Solutions, where they served as the SVP Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to that, they had a successful career at IBM, holding various roles such as Vice President of Finance and Operations, Vice President of Finance, Planning and Analysis, and CFO of Latin America. David started their professional journey as a Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

David Colistra attended Ithaca College from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. During their time at Ithaca College, they majored in Accounting and minored in Computer Science. David obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In addition to their formal education, David Colistra has also obtained certifications in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP and has achieved the Certified Public Accountant designation from NYSSCPA.
