Kaya Makhubela

Kaya Makhubela is an experienced operations and renewals manager with a career spanning over a decade in the insurance industry. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at OUTsurance since September 2013, Kaya has taken on various roles including Acting Renewals Manager and Renewals Team Manager, along with experience as a Client Care Representative. Prior to OUTsurance, Kaya worked as a Customer Service Representative at Youi Insurance from May 2013 to September 2013. Kaya holds a National Diploma in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Tshwane University of Technology, earned between 2005 and 2009.
