Masindi Ngcobo

Masindi Ngcobo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Claims and Outsurance Shared Services at OUTsurance since May 2013, Masindi has held multiple roles including Contact Center Operations Manager and Legal Advisor. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Service Representative at Sun International and Customer Service Agent at FNB South Africa. Masindi holds a Certificate in Management from Harvard Business School and an Advanced Certificate Management Programme from Henley Business School - Africa, among other qualifications, including a Diploma in Journalism from IIE Varsity College and completion of the RE1 Regulatory Examination.
