Anu Bharadwaj

Anu led the global team that transitioned Atlassian's massive on premise solution to a modern cloud platform--all while the company was public and operating at a $1 Billion dollar run rate. Prior to Atlassian Anu spent 10.5 years at Microsoft where she led the Visual Studio ALM team, a $36 billion dollar business.

During Anu's 10 years at Microsoft, she had various roles in product and engineering. She managed engineering teams that built .NET SDK, J# compiler and build management software. Later, she switched to running product management teams - where she launched several zero to one V1 businesses in Visual Studio with a combination of building products and making strategic acquisitions : ALM, CI/CD and software testing products. Throughout her tenure she ran distributed teams worldwide and scaled product management teams in remote development centers including Microsoft India.
