Carlos Alves

As Chief Operating Officer, Carlos oversees all business operations globally, including Sales, Customer Success, and Services. His team is focused on driving value for customers and revenue growth for OutSystems, and they do this with an obsession over making customers wildly successful throughout their journey with OutSystems.

Carlos joined OutSystems in 2001 and has held a number of roles, always applying insights and leadership that support company growth, customer and culture. Prior to joining OutSystems, Carlos held positions in R&D, IT, and Computer Science research. Carlos holds a degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal.
