Dr. Bassel Bekdache

Dr. Bassel Bekdache has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and software engineering. Dr. Bassel has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Between 2021 and the present, Dr. Bekdache worked at OutSystems as an Information Technology Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for leading a vanguard team, conducting GAP analysis, designing and architecting solutions, as well as engineering and evangelizing these solutions. Dr. Bassel also worked on complex porting and migration projects, moving applications and data from on-premise or cloud environments to the cloud. Dr. Bassel played a key role in supporting car manufacturing and Smart Factory innovation through the design and development of middleware/web solutions, containerized applications, and Big Data and predictive analytic technologies.

From 2008 to 2019, Dr. Bekdache worked at Taina Information Services as an Architectural Board Member, CTO/CIO. Dr. Bassel provided consulting services for enterprise system and application architecture, development, and solutions. Dr. Bassel also designed and developed a business management application with various functionalities, including ERP, CRM, and marketing and sales tracking.

Prior to that, Dr. Bekdache held positions at Hewlett-Packard, Manpower / Experis / Verizon Business, Vignette, IBM, and BEA Systems, where they worked in roles such as IT Middleware and Unix Infrastructure Master Architect, Contractor/Consultant, Architect, and Principal Architect/Technical Consultant. In these roles, they focused on various aspects of architecture, software development, and solution implementation.
